IN THE PLANNING COB9BdISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALkMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. lOg <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on application of Norman Wornow, 496 <br />West San Carlos Street, San Jose, California, filed ISay 12, 1960, for <br />commercial use. <br />The above described application having been duly considered, pursuant <br />to Ordinance No. 293 of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) A Public Hearing was duly held on Juae 2, 1960. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 <br />of Ordinance Ao. 293, pertaining to commercial uses have been met. <br />3) That a Conditional Zoning Permit is hereby granted for a period of <br />six (6) months, effective this date, subject to the following <br />condition: <br />a) The Service Station by constructed as shown on the plot plan. <br />4) That the Secretary ie hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />Resolutlon to the applicant, city officers and any other interested <br />parties. <br />ADOPTED this June 2, 1960 <br />~. <br />Chris Hanifen - Chairman <br />ATTEST: <br />' ~ ~ ~. <br />Secretary <br />
