PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLVED: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 112 <br />The Tentative Map of Tract 2217, Bevilacqua Brothers on file with the <br />City Clerk entitled Tentative Map, Tract 2217 and dated June 1960, is hereby <br />recommended for approval subject to the conditions of approval set forth below: <br />1) That a 10' right of way be dedicated to the City between lots 20 <br />and 21 in Block B as shown on Exhibit "A" attached. <br />2) The subdivider shall dedicate a 30' improved street between lots <br />25 and 27 in Block B as sho+m on Exhibit "A" attached. <br />3) A 10' sanitary and drainage easement shall be provided between lots <br />33 and 34 in Block B. `vThen improvement plans are submitted, the <br />drainage line should be so offset so that there will be space for <br />future installation of a sanitary sewer. <br />4) `the street shown as Torre Dei No1si to be renamed Del Sol Avenue, <br />Corte Barbara to be renamed Barbara Court, Corte Croce to be renamed <br />Croce Court and Corte Bevilacqua to be renamed Bevilacqua Court. <br />5) Subdivider should provide drainage control at the east end of Del <br />Sol Avenue. <br />6) Minimum lot area to be 6,500 square feet per `Coning Ordinance 309 <br />or increased to comply with Resolution 3014 where grade or building <br />requires. <br />7) All earth work shall be tested by a Certified Soil Engineer at the <br />subdivider's expense. <br />8) Streets to be as shown on Exhibit "A". <br />9) Grading plan to be submitted when the final map is filed. <br />10) Lots 27 through 35 of Black B to be provided with "no access" on <br />northern boundary of the tract as indicated on Exhibit "A". <br />11) The 20' easement running along the northerly boundaries of Lots 27 <br />through 35, Block B to be dedicated to the City as shown on Exhibit "A' <br />12) The final map, when submitted, to be subject to approval by the City <br />Engineer. <br />13) Consideration should be given to isolating the reservoir area by <br />fencing or other means. <br />14) The developer and the City shall enter into an agreement providing for <br />the construction of improvements shown on the Tentative Map of Tract <br />2217. <br />ADOPTED this July 21, 19~ <br />ttatpn i cnell - ~tt~urmta <br />City Pla ing Commission <br />ATTEST: <br />
