PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 115 <br />RESOLVED: <br />`vlhereas, the application of Stover & Bullard for a 4' Variance to <br />sideyard requirements under Ordinance ~~309 (Zoning Ordinance) as amended, <br />having come before this Commiission August 4, 1960, the Planning Commission <br />does hereby Resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning. Commission does find as follows: <br />a) Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b) The circumstances required by section 19.1003 of said Ordinance <br />do exist. <br />2. A 4' Variance is hereby granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) To be constructed as shown on plot plan . <br />3.
