e PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PL.EASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 117 <br />Whereas, the application oY Edwin Glaser Yor a Conditional Use Permit to <br />allow enlargement oY non conforming use, having come before this Commission <br />August 18, 1960, the Planning Commission does hereby Resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a) Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b) The circumstances required by section 19.1003 of said Ordinance <br />X309 do exist. <br />2. A conditional Use Permit is hereby granted, subject to the YoLlowing <br />conditions: <br />a) Remain a one family dwelling. <br />b) 5' Sideyard set back as shown on plans. <br />3.
