PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 118 <br />Whereas, the application of Mervin Murray for a 4' Variance to rear <br />yard requirements under Zoning ordinance x'309 as amended, having come before <br />this Commission August 18, 19~, the Planning Commission does hereby Resolve <br />as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as fc311ows: <br />a) Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b) The circumstances required by section 19.1003 of said Ordinance <br />{309 do exist. <br />2. A 4` Variance is hereby granted. <br />3.
