PLANNING CONIMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 120 <br />Whereas, the application o£ George Hansen for an Architectural and Site <br />Plan approval to construct a car port under Ordinance ~p309 (Zoning Ordinance) <br />as amended, having come before this Commission August 18, 1960, the Planning <br />Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a) Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b) The circumstances required by Section 19.1003 of Ordinance X309 <br />do exist. <br />2. Site Plan and Architectural Approval is hereby granted. <br />3.
