PLANTdING COS+AiISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF AL4MEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTIOId id0. 121 <br />Whereas, the application of Frank Viada for a 5' Variance from sideyard <br />requirements to allow construction of a carport at 1+408 First Street, having <br />come before this Commission September 15, 1960, under Ordinance X309 (Zoning <br />Ordinance) as amended, the Planning Conmmission does hereby Resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a) Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b) The Circumstances required by section 19.1003 of said Ordinance <br />~~309 do exist. <br />2. A 4' Variance is hereby granted, subject to the following Conditions: <br />a) Must meet Building Code <br />3.
