3.1 site access <br />3.1.1 <br />VEHICULAR CIRCULATION <br />Roads <br />Vehicular access to the Neighborhood Park would be from Stoneridge <br />Drive, which would be extended approximately 800 feet on the north <br />side of the Arroyo Mocho as a part of the Staples Ranch Development. <br />This extension would lead drivers along a landscaped parkway entrance <br />to the CLC project, and terminate at the EVA. <br />Parkina <br />The neighborhood park would provide a small parking area consisting <br />of approximately 10 spaces. The lot would be separated from the CLC <br />entry by a planter which would help designate ingress and egress, and <br />provide a safe parking experience. <br />3.1.2 <br />PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION <br />Pedestrians would find a comprehensive system of paved and non-paved walking <br />paths around the facilities in the park. The paths would be located at the top of <br />the basin slope and would provide potential access to the bottom of the basin. A <br />plaza adjacent to the parking lot would provide a pedestrian gathering space and <br />would link to the walking paths throughout the 5 -acre site. A strong pedestrian <br />connection to the Community Park would provide safe and convenient access for <br />users wishing to enjoy both spaces. <br /> <br />
