Ice Arena Landscaping <br />The lot would be heavily landscaped with shade trees and ornamental <br />plant material to soften the hardscape, create apedestrian -scale <br />environment, and cool the parking lot surface. <br />Ice Arena Architecture <br />The facility architecture would be reviewed by the City Planning <br />Commission as part of a separate submittal. The architecture should be <br />of a quality suited for Civic or park landmark buildings including four well <br />articulated facades, bold forms, and interesting roof lines. <br />
