PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 123 <br />Whereas, the application of Edwin Glaser for a Conditional Uae Permit, to <br />on to an existing structure; xhich is non-conforming, at 117 Main Street, <br />California, having come before this Commission November 17, 1960, <br />Ordinance #309 (Zoning Ordinance) as amended,. the Planning Commission does <br />Resolve sa Polloxs: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find se folloxa: <br />s) Notice has bees given as required by last. <br />b) The eironmatances required by section 19.1003 of said Ordinance <br />do exist. <br />2. A Conditional Us® Permit is hereby granted, sub3ect to the following <br />Conditions: <br />a) Building be brought up to all the Building Codes that apply. <br />b) Improvements of curbs, gutters and sidexalk be placed at the <br />Buildings frontage. <br />c) Trees be planted betxeen the curb and sidexalk in the front of the <br />building, as directed by the City Engineer; and according to City <br />Standards. <br />d) Mr. Glaser is hereby required to enter into an Agreement with the <br />City of Pleasanton, stating that he xill do the above xith his oxn <br />funds, and to City Standards, and this be recorded and finished one <br />year from the effective date. <br />3.
