PUNNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PIERS&NTON <br />COUNTY OF AL9MEDA <br />STATn OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 124 <br />Whereas, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton was adopted on <br />25, 1960, and has now been in effect for seven months, and; <br />Whereas, the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission is aware of the fact <br />that a certain period of time is necessary in order to allow residents and <br />property owners to become familiar with the contents and provisions of said <br />Ordinance, and; <br />Whereas, the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does now believe that <br />time has elapsed in order for residents and property owners to have <br />familiar with the contents and provisions of said Zoning Ordinance, and; <br />Whereas, the contemplated growth of the City of Pleasanton wi11 dictate an <br />increasing number of individual cases to be heard by the Planning Commission <br />involving provisions of said Zoning Ordinance; <br />Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the City of Pleasanton Planning Com- <br />en does adopt as its policy now and in the future, that said Zoning Ordin- <br />'~ance of .the Gity of Pleasanton will be strictly enforced and adhered to in order <br />the principles of sound and logical physical development of the City, sa <br />ied on the General Plan and said Zoning Ordinance maq be realized; <br />Be It Further Resolved that said Planning Commission does now make this <br />specific policy statement in order that all persons now or in the future <br />by said Zoning Ordinance, shall be fully aware of said policy, and sha11 be <br />to attempt full compliance with the provisions of said Zoning Ordinance <br />in each inatanoe where said ordinance is applicable. <br />DATis: December 1, 1960 <br /> <br />Ralph Mi ell -Chairman <br />City P Commission <br />~~James M.
