PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF FLEASANTON <br />r,OUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 141 <br />Whereas, the application of Mr. Joseph Vallarino for Site Plan and <br />Architectural Approval to construct two fiveplexes at 338'7 Vineyard Avenue, <br />having come before this Commission April 20, 1961, under Ordinance No. 309 <br />(Zoning Ordinance) as amended, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve <br />as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a. Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b. The circumstances required by Section 19.1003 of said Ordinance <br />No. 309 do exist. <br />2. Site Plan and Architectural Approval is hereby scanted sub3ect <br />to the following conditions: <br />a. Dedication of Street as shown on Plot Plan. <br />b. Improvement of said Street to City Specifications. <br />c. Installation of sewer and water as designated by City Engineer. <br />3.
