CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-.260 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF BERNAL AVENUE <br /> ASSOCIATES AND THE KOLL COMPANY FOR DESIGN REVIEW <br /> APPROVAL FOR EIGHT ONE-STORY AND ONE THREE-STORY OFFICE <br /> BUILDINGS LOCATED ON APPROXIMATELY 24 ACRES LOCATED ON <br /> THE WEST SIDE OF VALLEY AVENUE BETWEEN BERNAL AVENUE AND <br /> THE ARROYO DEL VALLE (PUD-80-2-1D) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bernal Avenue Associates and the Koll Company have <br /> applied for design approval for eight one-story and one <br /> three-story office buildings totally approximately <br /> 300,400 sq. ft. to be located on five sites totally <br /> approximately 24 acres, located on the west side of <br /> Valley Avenue between Bernal Avenue and the Arroyo del <br /> Valle; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report.was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-80-2) <br /> including the typical architectural and site designs for <br /> individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances <br /> or new information requiring additional environmental <br /> review; therefore, this application does not constitute <br /> a new project under CEQA and no new environmental <br /> documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 3, 1986 and testimony <br /> taken concerning the proposed project including its <br /> design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-80-2 and <br /> the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with PUD-80-2 as well as the City's General <br /> Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Bernal Avenue Associates <br /> and the Koll Company for design approval for design <br /> approval for eight one-story and one three-story office <br /> buildings totaling approximately 300,400 sq. ft. to be <br /> located on five sites totaling approximately 24 acres, <br /> located on the west side of Valley Avenue between Bernal <br /> Avenue and the Arroyo del Valle, subject to the <br /> conditions set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
