L. lhorapson <br />for Site Plan and Architecturaal Approval to develop a commercial service <br />center on i'irst Street between Spring Stx•eet and Vineyard Avenue, (Fay <br />,Strreet), having come before this Commission Ihay 1., 1961, tinder Ordinance <br />?!o. '09 Cloning Ordinance) as amended, the Planning Commission does hereby <br />reslove as follo~as: <br />1. 'she Planning Commission does find as follo•Jrs: <br />u. notice has been given as required by 71i~r. <br />b. '1'he circu^tstances required by Section 19.100 of said Ordinance <br />.Jo. 09 do exist. <br />2. Site flan and.
