PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLPsASANPON <br />COUNTY OF AL9MEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 151 <br />Whereas, the application of F. J. Leonardo & Son, for s Variance i'rom <br />Sideyard setback requirements of Sectiott 6.5, Ordinance No. 309, to allow <br />construction of a dwelling on property located at 328 Christina Court, in <br />an R-1 (Single Family Residential) District, having come before this <br />Commission June 1, 1961, under Ordinance No. 309, Zoning Ordinance, as <br />amended, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as followa: <br />a. Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b. The Circumstances required by Section 19.1003 of said <br />Ordinance do exist. <br />2. The Variance is hereby granted. <br />3.
