PL4NNING C02.4TLSSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF AL4MEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 152 <br />Whereas, the application of F. J. Leonardo & Son, for a Variance from <br />Sideyard setback requirements of Section 6.5, Ordinance No. 309, to allow <br />construction on a dwelling on property located at 375 Christina Court, in <br />an R-1 (Single Family Residential) District, having come before this <br />Commission June 1, 1961, under Ordinance 140. 309, Zoning Ordinance, as <br />amended, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a. Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b. The Circumstances required by Section 1x.100 of said <br />Ordinance do exist. <br />2.
