PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAM6DA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 156 <br />Whereas, the application of Andrew Millot, for a 4' Variance from side- <br />yard setback requirements, to allow for construction of a garage at 261 <br />Spring Street, having come before this Commission June 28, 1961, under <br />Ordinance No. 309, (Zoning Ordinance), as amended, the Planning Commission <br />does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a. Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b. The circumstances s~equired by Section 19.1003 of said <br />Ordinance No. 309 exist. <br />2.
