PL9NNING COl~IISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF AL4MEAA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ~ 1~~~ <br />Whereas, the application of Walter J. McCloud, for a Variance from <br />Article 13, in order to place a temporary dwelling, in the form of a trailer, <br />to the rear of 4340 Railroad Avenue, in a C-G (General Commercial) district, <br />having come before this Connnission July 20, 1961, under Ordinance No. 309, <br />(Zoning Ordinance) as amended, the Planning Commissioa does hereby resolve <br />as follows: <br />1. That the findings required by Section 19.1003 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance are made as follows: <br />a. That the Variance is necessary to exercist property rights. <br />b. That the Variance will not be detrimental to adjacent property. <br />c. A special hardship exists because of the unusual and singular <br />location, size, shape and surrounding neighbors of ad3acent <br />property. <br />d. Notice has been given as required by law. <br />2. A Variance is hereby granted subject to the following conditions: <br />a. That the Application be far a period of six (6) months, and <br />any extension requires a new application and decision by trie <br />Planning Commission. <br />3.
