RESOLUTION NO. 86-254 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES <br /> <br /> VALLEY AVENUE EXTENSION ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1988-1 <br /> The City Counoil of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> This City Council approves that certain a~reement between <br />the City of Pleasanton and STURGIS, MESS, BRUNSELL ~ SPERRY a <br />professional corporation, for services of that-firm as Special Bond <br />Counsel for Valley Avenue Extension Assessment District No. 1986-1, <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, dated June 5, 1986, <br />and attached to this resolution. <br /> <br /> The Mayor is authorized to sign the a~reement and the City <br />Clerk is authorized to attest its execution. <br /> <br /> · , <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoinK resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meetin~ thereof, held on <br />the 3rd day of June, 1986. <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: Councilmembers.
