WHEREAS, this Commission has reviewed the Capital Improvement Program at a <br />Study Session on January 2U, 1962 and finds that it complies with <br />the Pleasanton General Plan with the possible exception of the following <br />questions: <br />a) Civic Center and Library location; <br />b) :Policy on Park Land Acquisition; and <br />c) Police and Fire Iand use; and. <br />WHEREAS, this Commission, because of our current studies regarding the <br />Expanded Pleasanton General Plan, would lik.o a meeting with the <br />City Council at the earliest possible date, in order to discuss Civic <br />Center location, park site acquisition policy, and police and fire land <br />use; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the Pleasanton Planning Commission herewith requests a <br />meet ing with The Ple asanton City Council to study the above <br />named questions regarding the Capital Improvement Program at the earliest <br />possible date. <br />Dated: February 1, 1 <br />AT'TE'ST: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16 <br />1ph Mitehel1.., Cnairma <br />JAL <br />
