WHEREAS, it is the considered opinion of this Commission that the City of <br />Pleasanton undertake the study by a professional city and regional <br />planner for the development of the downtown area, Civic Center in relation <br />to the Expanded General Plan with emphasis on a marketing study; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that this Commission does hereby recommend to the City Council <br />that an outside professional city and regional planner be con- <br />sulted to undertake the study of the downtown area, Civic Center in the <br />City of Pleasanton. <br />Dated: March 15, 1962 <br />ATTEST: <br />J <br />s M.
