RESOLUTION NO. 172 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has annexed an area of approximately three acres <br />Down as Annexation No. 16, Valley View Annex "A and <br />WHEREAS, at interim zoning on No. 16 for a an period following to <br />nnexation; within Annex <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has studied the area of Annexation No. 16 in rela- <br />tion to the City of Pleasanton General Plan and Ordinance No. 309, the <br />Zoning Ordinance; <br />NOW, THgt ce o. 309 be amended in Planning <br />to provide dezoning for the area of <br />Annexation No. 16 as an RG -25 District; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said recommendation be transmitted to the City Council <br />by the Commission Secretary. <br />May 3, 1962 <br />ATTEST: <br />a M.
