PLANNING COHMLSSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO 177 <br />WFIDREAS, the application of Mr. Bernard T. Gerton, 628 St. Mary Street, for a <br />variance of two feet, four inches from the provisions of Section 18.603 <br />of Ord. No. 309, in order to construct a fenoe.in the required corner lot side <br />yard setback at 628 St. Mary Street, in an R -1 (single family residential) District, <br />having come before this Commission on July 5, 1962, under Ord. No. 309, as amended, <br />the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as *lows: <br />a. Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b. The circumstances required by Section 19.1003 of said Ord. No. 309 <br />do exist. <br />2. A two foot, four inch variance from Section 18.603, Ord. No. 309, as <br />amended, is hereby granted. <br />3.
