RESOLUTION NO 86-251 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REPORT AND <br /> SETTING HEARING OF PROTESTS <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1988-7, NORTH PLEASANTON <br /> IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />1. At the direction of this Council, JOSEPH ELLIOTT, <br />Director of Public Works, as Engineer of Work for improvement <br />proceedings in Assessment District No. 1988-7, North Pleasanton <br />Improvement District No. 2, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br />California, has filed with the City Clerk the report described in <br />Section 10204 of the Streets and Highways Code (Municipal <br />Improvement Act of 1913). This Council accepts the report without <br />modification, for the purpose of conductin~ a hearin~ of protests to <br />the improvements described in the report. <br /> <br /> 2. This Council sets 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 15, 1988, <br />in the Chambers of the City Council at 200 Bernal Avenue, <br />Pleasanton, California, as the time and place for hearin~ protests <br />to the proposed improvements. <br /> <br /> ~. The City Clerk is directed to publish, post and mail <br />the notices of improvement required by the Municipal Improvement Act <br />of 1913, and to file an affidavit of compliance. The notice shall <br />he published in the TRI-VALLEY HERALD. <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
