The construction of a domestic water main and appurtenances in Foothill Road from Deodar Way north to a point approximately 800' north of Dublin Canyon Road and thence westerly to connect to an existing City owned water main. 9. The construction of a city-wide telemetry and control system and appurtenances that monitors, controls and records data on major water system facilities. 10. The construction of a new domestic water source from Alameda County Water District Zone 7 (turnout 8) and appurtenances including the construction of a domestic water main and appurtenances from the "turnout" to the City's existing water system· ll. The relocation and reconstruction of the Foothill Pumping Station No. 1, together with its site improvements and appurtenances. 12. The reconstruction or replacement, acquisition and/or maintenance of existing private water pumping facilities and their appurtenances as may be necessary due to the change in pressure within City water system that will result when the Foothill Reservoir and pipes along Foothill Road are placed in service· 13. The construction of a domestic watermain from Santa Rita Road south of Highway 880 north along Santa Rita and TassaJara Roads to the TassaJara Reservoir site. The construction of a water storage reservoir and appurtenances having a storage volume of approximately 8 million gallons and known as the "TassaJara Reservoir", together with the appropriate water main system to connect the reservoir to the City~s existing water system and together with appurtenant access roads, site work, utilities and control systems. The precise location of said resevoir and water main system is unknown at this time. 18. The acquisition of all necessary interests in real property necessary for the above-described construction and the acquisition and/or performance of all work auxiliary to any of the above and necessary to complete same; together with the payment of all appropriate incidental expenses of the project. D. Retirement of Bonds The retirement and refundin~ of improvement bonds issued pursuant to proceedings in Assessment District No. 1988-1, Chahot Drive Extension, East Amador Relief Sewer and Santa Rita Road; North Pleasanton Improvement District No. 1982-~, Roadway Improvements; Assessment District No. 1983-2, Hacienda Business Park; and Assessment District No. 198~-1, Hopyard Road.
