The construction of a domestic water main and appurtenances in <br /> Foothill Road from Deodar Way north to a point approximately <br /> 800' north of Dublin Canyon Road and thence westerly to connect <br /> to an existing City owned water main. <br /> <br />9. The construction of a city-wide telemetry and control system and <br /> appurtenances that monitors, controls and records data on major <br /> water system facilities. <br /> <br />10. The construction of a new domestic water source from Alameda <br /> County Water District Zone 7 (turnout 8) and appurtenances <br /> including the construction of a domestic water main and <br /> appurtenances from the "turnout" to the City's existing water <br /> system· <br /> <br />ll. The relocation and reconstruction of the Foothill Pumping <br /> Station No. 1, together with its site improvements and <br /> appurtenances. <br /> <br />12. The reconstruction or replacement, acquisition and/or <br /> maintenance of existing private water pumping facilities and <br /> their appurtenances as may be necessary due to the change in <br /> pressure within City water system that will result when the <br /> Foothill Reservoir and pipes along Foothill Road are placed in <br /> service· <br /> <br />13. The construction of a domestic watermain from Santa Rita Road <br /> south of Highway 880 north along Santa Rita and TassaJara Roads <br /> to the TassaJara Reservoir site. <br /> <br /> The construction of a water storage reservoir and appurtenances <br /> having a storage volume of approximately 8 million gallons and <br /> known as the "TassaJara Reservoir", together with the <br /> appropriate water main system to connect the reservoir to the <br /> City~s existing water system and together with appurtenant <br /> access roads, site work, utilities and control systems. The <br /> precise location of said resevoir and water main system is <br /> unknown at this time. <br /> <br />18. The acquisition of all necessary interests in real property <br /> necessary for the above-described construction and the <br /> acquisition and/or performance of all work auxiliary to any of <br /> the above and necessary to complete same; together with the <br /> payment of all appropriate incidental expenses of the project. <br /> <br /> D. Retirement of Bonds <br /> <br /> The retirement and refundin~ of improvement bonds issued <br /> pursuant to proceedings in Assessment District No. 1988-1, <br /> Chahot Drive Extension, East Amador Relief Sewer and Santa Rita <br /> Road; North Pleasanton Improvement District No. 1982-~, Roadway <br /> Improvements; Assessment District No. 1983-2, Hacienda Business <br /> Park; and Assessment District No. 198~-1, Hopyard Road. <br /> <br /> <br />
