RESOLUTION NO. 86-250 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENT IN <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1988-7, NORTH PLEASANTON <br /> IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> This Council intends to order the followin~ improvement <br />under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913: <br /> <br /> A. Roadway Improvements <br /> <br />1. Qld Santa Rita Road <br /> <br /> The acquisition of street and utility improvements in Old Santa <br /> Rita Road from Santa Rita Road to Rosewood Avenue, together <br /> with the acquisition of necessary lands and easements for <br /> roadway improvements lncludin~ ~radln~, pavin~, curbs and <br /> ~utters, public utilities includin~ utility relocation, <br /> underground power, telephone and underground ~as mains, street <br /> lights and landscapinE and a reinforced concrete box culvert <br /> together with all appurtenances to any of the above. <br /> <br /> Chabot Drive. Baker Road and Stoneridge Drive Extension <br /> <br /> The acquisition of street and utility improvements in Chabot <br /> Drive, from StoneridEe Drive to In~lewood Drive and Baker Road <br /> from Gibralter Drive to the tract boundary in Hacienda Business <br /> Park, Phase I, includin~ ~radin~, paving, curbs and ~utters, <br /> domestic water mains, services and hydrants, storm drains, <br /> sanitary sewer mains, underground electrical and telephone <br /> utilities, telcoated utilities, street lights and landscaping; <br /> and the construction of Stoneridge Drive Extension from West <br /> Las Positas Boulevard to the Arroyo Mooho Canal inoludin~ <br /> ~radin~, paving, curbs and ~utters, domestic water mains, <br /> services and hydrants, storm drains, sanitary sewer mains, <br /> street lighting, landscaping, en~ineerin~ and riEht-of-way <br /> acquisition together with all appurtenances to any of the <br /> above. <br /> <br />B. California State Highway Facilities (Freeway Improvements) <br /> <br /> The acquisition and construction and installation of state <br /> highway improvements described below, together with the <br /> acquisition of necessary lands and easements for right-of-way, <br /> appurtenant utilities, landscaping and the opening of new <br /> streets at all intersections where required. <br /> <br /> 1.
