Approved Final Map, Improvement Plans and the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 7890 <br />(Hatsushi Estates, Phase I); authorized the City Manager to execute said agreement; <br />and accepted all parcels of land and easements offered for dedication on the final map <br />10.
