Finance <br />3. Accepted the monthly disbursements and investment report for March 2008 <br />4. Introduced and waived first reading of Ordinance No. 1977 amending section 5.04 of <br />the Pleasanton Municipal Code regarding Business License and Taxation General <br />Provisions <br />Parks and Community Services <br />5. Adopted Resolution No. 08-188 authorizing submittal of FY 2008/2009 applications for <br />Alameda County Measure B funds and Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article <br />4.5 funds for the Pleasanton Paratransit Service. <br />Planning <br />6. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />7. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 1975 approving PUD-71, Michael <br />Aminian/Vineyard Gardens, LLC an application for Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />rezoning and development plan approval to rezone an approximately .876-acre parcel <br />from RM-4,000 (Multiple-Family Residential) to PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development - <br />High Density Residential) and to construct ten townhouse units at the property located at <br />3835 Vineyard Avenue -Thorne absent from ordinance introduction <br />8. Continued to May 20 -Second reading of Ordinance No. 1974 approving the <br />application of Daniel and Belinda Sarich for PUD Development Plan approval as filed <br />under case PUD-32 located at 5 Tuscany Place <br />Public Works <br />9. Approved Final Map, Improvement Plans and the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 7890 <br />(Hatsushi Estates, Phase I); authorized the City Manager to execute said agreement; <br />and accepted all parcels of land and easements offered for dedication on the final map <br />10. Removed from the agenda -Accept public improvements performed by Gateway <br />Pacific Contractors Inc. for the Vineyard Hills Reservoir and Access Road, CIP No. <br />011023 and abandon the City's temporary construction easement on the Threehand LP <br />property. <br />Motion: It was m/s by McGovern/Sullivan to approve Consent Calendar as submitted and as <br />noted.
