CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-229 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE <br /> AMADOR-LIVERMORE VALLEY EXCHANGE CLUB FOR THE 1986 <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY FAIR PARADE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 20, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a report (SR 86:208) from the Assistant to the <br /> City Manager regarding an application from the <br /> Amador-Livermore Exchange Club for a permit to hold the <br /> 1986 Alameda County Fair Parade on June 22, 1986; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the City Council approve the <br /> application; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the application of the Amador-Livermore <br /> Valley Exchange Club for a permit to hold the 1985 <br /> Alameda County Fair Parade on June 22, 1986, to be held <br /> in the City of Pleasanton as more particularly <br /> delineated in the report of the Assistant to the City <br /> Manager,subject to all conditions set forth by the City <br /> in Section C of that report. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The budget for fiscal year 1985-86 is amended to <br /> include staff overtime costs associated with the event. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 20, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> F c.'
