The 840-square-foot <br />addition will bring the total floor area to 2, 825 square feet. The lot size is <br />7, 481 square feet. The existing floor area ratio is 26.5 percent, and the addition <br />will increase the floor area ratio to 37.8 percent. <br />PADR-1885, Jose B. Loza <br />Application for administrative design review approval to construct an approximately <br />250-square-foot first-floor addition to the rear of the existing residence located at <br />2420 Tanager Drive. <br />Approved. <br />Additional Project Information: <br />The existing floor area of the residence is 1,125 square feet. The 250-square-foot <br />addition will bring the total floor area to 1,375 square feet. The lot size is <br />7,140 square feet.
