C. 3ox 520 Pleasanton, CA 94566-0802 Dear Mr. Ckamura: I am responding to your letter, to the Estate of Anthony Vassallo, regarding sewer reimbursement with the City of Pleasanton. I v~sited your offices shortly after recieving the agreement and spoke to ~lr. Pascual. Mr. Pascual was able to answer all of my questions and I now understand the agreement. I believe that the creation of this benifit area is a fair way of distributin~ the sewer cost burden among the property owners. My Father and I entered into this lot split prior to his death. -~e past away shortly after we had filed our application to the Planning Commission. We continued with the subdivision process with the help of Lamb Land Surveying. Mr. Lamb and the City of Pleasanton informed us that at the time of development we would have to bring the sewer up Foothill Road to the property and connect both parcels to the city sewer . I was assured that the time of development ment when a building permit was issued. Cn this premise we continued the process all the way to opening the Title Company account and presenting the final map for your signature. The development or time of development for the property is any- where between two through six years, according to the Estate Attorney, because the estate is so complicated. The burden of one-third of the development cost of the sewer system would be very difficult for the Estate budget at this time. For these reasons we would ask you to consider the possibility of s~ning our final map on the condition that at the time of buildin~ we reimburse the developers 14.29% of the sewer cost.
