Future renovations and new structures shall be design in the "Old Pleasanton" style <br />and compliment the surrounding homes in scale, color, materials, and placement. <br />11. At the time that Parcel B is redeveloped, the design proposal shall contain <br />installation on beige colored interlocking pavers along the access corridor. <br />BuildingLCondition <br />12. Prior to future renovations or construction work, the developer shall obtain all <br />building and other applicable City permits. <br />Fire Condition <br />13. The project developer shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code <br />(Pleasanton Municipal Code, Chapter 20.24). <br />14. The future renovations andlor new buildings shall be equipped with automatic fire <br />suppression system (sprinklers). Plans and specifications for the automatic fire <br />sprinkler system shall be submitted to the Pleasanton Building and Safety Division <br />for review and approval prior to installation. The fire alarm system, including <br />water flow and valve tamper, shall have plans and specifications submitted to Fire <br />Prevention for review and approval prior to installation. All required inspections <br />and witnessing of tests shall be completed prior to final inspection and occupancy <br />of the building. <br />Parcel Map Requirements <br />15. A parcel map shall be required to subdivide the property into two lots. <br />16. Prior to approval of the minor subdivision, the applicants shall create a joint <br />maintenance agreement for the shared driveway. The agreement shall be subject to <br />review and approval by the City Attorney prior to recordation of the final parcel <br />map. The driveway shall be maintained to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />17. Prior to approval of the minor subdivision, the applicants shall construct the <br />proposed carports. <br />18. That the developer submits the following information to the City Engineer for <br />review and approval: <br />a. Two prints of the final parcel map <br />b. One copy of the preliminary title report <br />c. One set of the computer closures <br />3 <br />
