ATTACHMENT 2 FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT This First Amendment to Agreement is entered into this day of 2008 by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and Christian Church Homes of Northern California, a nonprofit public benefit corporation whose address is 303 Hegenberger Road, Suite 201, Oakland, CA 94621-1419, and telephone number is 510-632-6714, ("Consultant") Whereas, on July 18, 2006, the City and Consultant entered into an Agreement for consulting services related to predevelopment and planning analysis for the development of Kottinger Place located at 240 Kottinger Dive. ("Agreement"); and Whereas, it is necessary to amend the Agreement to reflect additional services including architectural renderings and three dimensional modeling with various views and additional administrative services related to meeting coordination and financial reports.; and Whereas, the parties desire to amend to the Agreement; Now, therefore, the parties agree as follows: Section 1 of the Agreement, "Consultant Services" is amended to provide additional services including architectural renderings of buildings, three dimensional visuals for assessment to two and three story portions of the buildings, and administrative services related to additional financial analysis and project coordination. The City and Consultant will outline the required rendering detail and visually prior to commencement of the work. These services will be provided on a time and materials basis for a total not to exceed amount of $35,000. 2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
