CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-210 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING <br /> AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 4 BUILDING, 84,000 <br /> SQ. FT. MINI-STORAGE FACILITY ON AN APPROXIMATELY 1.45 <br /> ACRE SITE LOCATED AT 3744 AND 3768 OLD SANTA RITA ROAD <br /> FROM THE "CS (COMMERCIAL SERVICE)" DISTRICT TO THE "PUD <br /> (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)-COMMERCIAL" DISTRICT <br /> (PUD-86-3) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 6, 1986, the City Council received <br /> a proposed negative declaration for rezoning from the <br /> "CS (Commercial Service)" District to the "PUD (Planned <br /> Unit Development)-Commercial" District and development <br /> plan approval for a four building, 84,000 sq. ft. <br /> mini-storage facility on an approximately 1.45 acre site <br /> located at 3744 and 3768 Old Santa Rita Road (PUD-86-3); <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated January 29, 1986 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan approval would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for rezoning from <br /> the "CS (Commercial Service)" District to the "PUD <br /> (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial" District and <br /> development plan approval for a four building, 84,000 <br /> sq. ft. mini-storage facility on an approximately 1.45 <br /> acre site located at 3744 and 3768 Old Santa Rita Road <br /> (PUD-86-3). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
