The partnerships and efficiencies achieved <br />through the TVHOC represent a significant step that is consistent with HUD's National <br />Call to Action. <br />Because the City is already engaged in a variety of activities that are consistent with <br />HUD's National Call to Action campaign, participation in the campaign will not create <br />any additional burdens on the City's staff or budget and will likely bring benefits in the <br />form of increased collaboration and the sharing of information and resources. Further, <br />removal of barriers and improved efficiencies should be of benefit to the entire <br />development review process.
