CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-201 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE CLAIM OF JOAN THONACK AND EUGENE THONACK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 14, 1986, the City of Pleasanton received a <br /> claim filed on behalf of Joan Thonack and Eugene Thonack <br /> for injuries incurred on February 26, 1986; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 6, 1986, the City Council reviewed the claim and <br /> determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The claim of Joan Thonack and Eugene Thonack is <br /> hereby denied. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 6, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: F~ 'C.
