compensation awarded upon any total, partial or temporary <br />taking or condemnation, shall belong to Licensor, and no <br />Permitted Party shall have any claim thereto. Licensee hereby <br />irrevocably assigns and transfers to Licensor any right to <br />compensation or damages to which it may become entitled to <br />during the term hereof by reason of any taking or condemnation. <br /> <br /> 11. Compliance With Law. Licensee hereby agrees to <br />comply with all laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations of <br />all governmental and quasi-governmental agencies having <br />jurisdiction over the E1 Charro Route with respect to the use <br />of the E1 Charro Route by all Permitted Parties. <br /> <br /> 12. No Implied Dedication. Nothing contained in this <br />Agreement shall ever be construed as an express or implied <br />dedication to public use of all or any part of E1 Charro Route <br />by Licensor. <br /> <br /> 13. No Easement. Licensee hereby acknowledges that <br />any use of the E1 Charro Route by any Permitted Parties shall <br />be with the express permission of Licensor and that no party <br />has obtained any vested rights to use the E1 Charro Route by <br />reason of prescription or implication.
