CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-169 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING <br /> AN APPROXIMATELY 1.3 ACRE SITE AT 3722 OLD SANTA RITA <br /> ROAD FROM "CS (COMMERCIAL SERVICE)" TO "PUD (PLANNED <br /> UNIT ~DEVELOPMENT)-COMMERCIAL DISTRICT" AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> PLAN APPROVAL FOR AN 800 UNIT, TWO-STRUCTURE, <br /> THREE-STORY MINI-STORAGE FACILITY (PUD-86-2) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 15, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning an <br /> approximately 1.3 acre site located at 3722 Old Santa <br /> Rita Road from the "CS (Commercial Service)" District to <br /> the "PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br /> Commercial District" and development plan approval for <br /> an 800 unit, two-structure, three-story mini-storage <br /> facility (PUD-86-2); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated January 21, 1986 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan approval would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for rezoning an <br /> approximately 1.3 acre site located at 3722 Old Santa <br /> Rita Road from the "CS (Commercial Service)" District to <br /> the "PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial District" <br /> and development plan approval for an 800 unit, <br /> two-structure, three-story mini-storage facility <br /> (PUD-86-2). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
