participate in the Alameda County HOME Consortium for a period of three years (fiscal <br />years 2009, 2010, and 2011) for the purposes of securing federal HOME funds and <br />developing the Consolidated Plan and related documents, and to take all other <br />necessary actions to carry out the City's participation in the Alameda County HOME <br />Consortium. <br />SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage <br />and adoption. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on May 6, 2008. <br />I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the <br />foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the <br />May 6, 2008, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmembers McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Councilmember Cook-Kallio <br />Abstain: None <br />Karen iaz, City rk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
