participate in the Alameda County HOME Consortium for a period of three years (fiscal <br />years 2009, 2010, and 2011) for the purposes of securing federal HOME funds and <br />developing the Consolidated Plan and related documents, and to take all other <br />necessary actions to carry out the City's participation in the Alameda County HOME <br />Consortium. <br />SECTION 2.
