CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-159 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT 5229, PARKSIDE <br /> UNIT 4, EMERALD AMERICAN CORPORATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for Tract <br /> 5229, Parkside Unit 4, has been completed and a main- <br /> tenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been recom- <br /> mended by the Acting Director of Public Works and Utili- <br /> ties in his report to the City Council (SR 86:145); <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract 5229, <br /> Parkside Unit 4, are hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 15, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Mercer ~..~~j~_/~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None R~~R <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Fh~N~ C.
