CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-145 <br /> <br /> AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES <br /> OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOL- <br />VES AS FOLLOWS; <br /> <br />Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Pleasanton does <br /> hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Depart- <br /> ment of General Services of the State of California <br /> to purchase materials, supplies, and equipment for <br /> and on the behalf of the City of Pleasanton pursuant <br /> to Section 14814 of the Government Code, and that the <br /> Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other <br /> documents in connection therewith for and on behalf <br /> of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 15, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and ayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mercer <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
