2. Section 2 of the Development Deferment Agreement as <br />amended is amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "The effect of this Agreement is to extend until <br /> July 15, 1986, the time within which building permits <br /> can be obtained for the Property by Developer without <br /> the expiration of all or any portion of the sewer <br /> permits." <br /> <br /> 3. All the terms 'and conditions of the Development- <br />Deferment Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as to <br />the Property except as explicitly provided herein. <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of the date first above <br />written. <br /> <br /> DEVELOPER: <br /> Robert E.
