RESOLUTION NO 86-141 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENT IN <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1988-2, VALLEY BUSINESS PARK NO. 2 <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> This Council intends to order the followin~ improvement <br />under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913: <br /> <br /> The acquisition of soundwalls, landscaping, street lights, <br /> traffic signals and necessary appurtenances installed in <br /> and adjacent to Tract 4889, Valley Business Park, since <br /> the formation of Assessment District No. 1982-2; toEether' <br /> with all necessary incidental expenses, includin~ <br /> preliminary en~ineerin~ plans and miscellaneous <br /> professional services for the extension of Valley Avenue <br /> from the easterly boundary of Tract 4889 to Stanley <br /> Boulevard; and the refundin~ of existin~ special <br /> assessments in Tract 4889. <br /> <br /> This Council finds that the land specially benefited by <br />the improvement is shown within the boundaries of the map entitled, <br />"Proposed Boundaries of Assessment District 1988-2, Valley Business <br />Park No. 2, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California." This <br />map has been approved by the City Council and is now on file with <br />the City Clerk. The land within the exterior boundaries shown on <br />the map shall be designated Assessment District No. 1988-2, Valley <br />Business Park No. 2, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> This Council intends to levy a special assessment upon the <br />land within the described district in accordance with the special <br />benefit to be received by each parcel of land, respectively, from <br />the improvement. There shall be omitted from special assessment all <br />publiolstreets, alleys and places and all land belon~in~ to the <br />United States, the State of California, the County of Alameda and <br />this City now in use in the performance of a public function. <br /> <br /> Where any disparity occurs in level or size between the <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
