CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 182 <br />WHEREAS, application has been made, under Article 19, Ordinance No. 309, by Mt. John <br />M. Stanley, 4579 Third Street, Pleasanton, for a Zoning Permit with Site <br />Plan and Erchi!kectural Approval, in order to construct multiple dwelling units on a <br />parcel of property located on the south side of Vineyard Avenue, east of Adams Court, <br />in an RG-25 (residential garden apartment --2500 square foot minimum) District; and <br />WHEREAS, said application has been reviewed by the Planning Commission under Sections <br />19.400 anti 19.800 of Ordinance No, 309; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does hereby approve said <br />application for Zoning Permit with Site Plan and Architectural Approval, <br />with the following conditions attached to said approval under Section 19.700 of <br />Ordinance No. 309: <br />1. The entire parcel, if developed either in segments or as a whole, <br />must be developed in accordance with the plot plan submitted to the <br />Commission with the Zoning Permit application. <br />2. Water and sewer utilities, street, curb, gutter, sidewalk and drain- <br />age improvements stoat be extended or developed to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer. <br />3. A landscaping plan must be submitted and approved by the Planning <br />Commission. <br />4. If the parcel is developed in stages, a separate Zoning Permit mast <br />be approved for each additional stage, in order to insure compliance <br />with the provisions of Ordinance No. 309. <br />5.
