CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO, 186 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mr. Frank Auf der Maur and Mr. Konrad <br />Rickenbach for a Variance from Sections 8.500 and 17.302, <br />Ordinance No. 309, in order to construct 10 multiple dwelling units <br />at 568 St. John Street, in an RG-15 (Residential Garden Apartment - <br />1500 square foot minimum) District, has come before this Commission; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this Commission does find that the granting of this Variance <br />would not inhibit the public safety and general welfare, and <br />would be in keeping with the spirit and intent of Ordinance No. 309; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named application for a Variance from Sections <br />8.500 and 17.302, Ordinance No. 309, is approved and granted <br />by this Commission. <br />Dated: September 6, 1962 <br />Lec,-- <br />Phili Landon, Vice - Chairman <br />ATTEST: <br />me s M.
