CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 187 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mr. Anthony Cavestri, 4126 Walnut Drive, for <br />a Variance from Section 18.601, Ordinance No. 309, in order to <br />allow construction of a patio cover within the required rear and side yard <br />setbacks, on a single - family dwelling within an R -1 (Single - Family Resi- <br />dential) District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
