CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION N0. 189 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mr. Frank Aufder Maur and Mr. Konrad Rickenback, <br />P.O.BOX 558, Pleasanton, for a Variance and from Section 16,602, Ord. <br />No. 309, reducing the rear and side yard requirements for an accessory building <br />from five feet to zero feet, in order to allow construction of a covered park- <br />ing area in connection with a multiple dwelling unit located at 568 St. John St <br />has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
