CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING aMNISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 190 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mr. Jay D Lambert, 2357 Strobridge Ave., <br />Castro Valley, for a Variance from Section 8.5, Ordinance No. <br />309 (rear yard setback), reducing required rear yard from 30 feet to <br />25 feet in order to construct multiple dwelling units at the northeast <br />corner of Harrison and Angela Streets, in an RG -15 District, has come <br />before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
