CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION N0. 192 <br />WHEREAS, application has been made under Article 19, Ordinance No. 309 <br />by Mr. Dan Cannistraci, 17715 Buti Park Court, Castro Valley, <br />I for a Zoning Permit, with Site Plan and Architectural Approval, in order <br />to construct a 15 -unit multiple dwelling at 700 Rose Avenue, in an RG -15 <br />District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does hereby <br />approve said application for Zoning Permit, with Site Plan and <br />Architectural Approval, with the following conditions attached thereto: <br />1. Sidewalk, curb, gutter and driveways must be installed <br />to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />2. Adequate landscaping of the grounds must be included in <br />the completed project, particularly in the front yard area. <br />3. Site drainage must be installed to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer. <br />4. Prior to construction, the ability of the existing sanitary <br />sewer in Rose Ave to accept sewage from the site must <br />be ascertained and approved by the City Engineer. <br />5. The parking arrangement for spaces numbered 21,22 and 23 <br />will be changed from diagonal parking to two right -angle <br />spaces in the side yard area and one additional right -angle <br />space in the rear yard area, as noted and initialed on the <br />approved site plan. <br />Dated: December 6, 1962 <br />L�h <br />Philip don - Chairman <br />ATTEST: <br />
