CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 193 <br />WHEREAS, application has been made by Mr. L. A. Hilliker, 439A Foothill <br />road, Pleasanton, for a Zoning Permit in order to construct a <br />temporary real estate office at 4377 First Street, in a C -G (General <br />Commmercial)District, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, That the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does hereby <br />approve said application, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Said Zoning Permit is issued for a period of one year <br />from December 6, 1962. At the end of this period said <br />office must either be removed or a time extension must <br />be granted by the Planning Commission. <br />2. The appropriate front, rear and side yard requirements <br />of Ord. No. 309 for a C -G (General Commercial) District <br />must be met. <br />3. Sanitary sewer and water facilities be utilized by <br />the occupants of said temporary structure must be to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />Dated: December 6, 1962 <br />ATTEST: <br />Philip - Chairman <br />plan n <br />
