Grantor previously dedicated an easement <br />("Original Easement") for public street purposes, in partic- <br />ular for use as a public transit stopping lane, over the <br />strip of real property described in the Original Easement, <br />by means of Parcel Map 3858, described above. <br /> <br /> C.
